Access start menu(config controller) without controller

No key on keyboard will bring up the main menu
To the controller config screen (welcome screen)
I had it setup to be the welcome screen but it doesn’t show now
I can get into my build but I can’t access this menu and it’s driving me nuts, I’m using a keyboard.I plugged in a brand new wired Sn30 USB 8bitdo game pad and that doesn’t even recongnize. So I need to access this menu , please help
