404 not found on fresh Retropie Image

Hi All,

I downloaded a fresh Retropi image from the site to use with my Pi 3 Model B+.

I'm trying to update Retropi before I do any configuration. When I try and update I keep getting a 404 error shown below which has been happening for two days now.

E: Failed to fetch http://raspbian.raspberrypi.org/raspbian/pool/main/s/subversion/libsvn1_1.10.4-1+deb10u2_armhf.deb

...

Here is an image of the full error, any ideas. I cant access the config menu as well now without being presented with this error and it just directs me back to the UI.

Can you run from the terminal:

sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade

then try again ?
