Looking for a particular theme

I'm looking for a theme that has a small paragraph telling the history and/or stats behind each console as you scroll through the Emulation Station menu. I saw one once awhile ago and can't remember the name. Any help is appreciated.

@drdave79 Most themes can do that if the ROMs are scraped.
