Retropie 4 Mupen64plus SNES and N64 controller

Hello All
I'm trying to use a USB N64 and SNES controller to play N64 games. Is there any users here that got able to do this ? When using 2 SNES controller, both pad are working find. When using N64 and SNES the N64 controll are fine but most of SNES controll dont work ex: D-Pad. -
I think it's overriding the button config of the N64 controller. The most convenient way for me would be to get a second USB N64 controller.
