Games freezing after boot

I just fresh installed retropie again in my Raspberry pi 3 and I was customising some things. Everything was going well, but now, when I launch a game, it stays freezed, and all I can do is open the retroarch menu trough hotkeys. I can do anything but playing the games. The last thing I did before noticing this was some retro achievements setup on retroarch cfg, and a change in console show order in es_systems cfg.
What could it be?Edit:
It says "paused" on the botton screen
