Please delete my account as there are still many notifications sent to my email address. I tried setting but it doesn't work.

If you subscribed to a topic category, the subscription cannot be managed from the Settings, you need to open the forum category page and un-subscribe from there.

Not sure what that means, but check if you have the Unsubscribe button active there (as well in other Categories) and click on it:
