Steamlink Black Screen when running Dolphin from Mac 2020 model

I’ve been having an issue running steamlink on the latest version of RetroPie. Currently, I get a black screen when clicking “launch game” with the tips menu never disappearing, as well as the bottom right icon constantly spinning. I’m trying to stream the dolphin emulator and have added the games to steamlink with the ROM file manager.

Is anyone able to reproduce this issue on a Pi 4? Running latest version of RetroPie, updated all packages and kernels. I may try downgrading steamlink to an older version, will report back if it fixes my issue. The internal screen is 800x480 resolution. I’ll also give some other PC games a try and report back soon. But for now, steamlink seems to not work currently. I am not sure if it is a resolution mismatch, however audio works just fine on the client side.

I've tried downgrading my Steamlink version to 1.1.68.170 but the issue still persists.
I've also tried a Steamlink PC game and that also didn't work.

Within my config.txt file, I've allocated 256MB of RAM to the GPU via gpu_mem=256, however the screen still remains blank. I'm on a 5GHz wireless connection.

Is there any specific host or client settings I should set from Steam to help resolve the issue? Is there any config.txt settings that would cause this issue?
