Hello, forgive me in advance as I'm about 1 week into this community as I recently purchased a multicade on Facebook. It has a three player setup, but only the middle joystick is working to play games. Since my button setup only has 2 buttons each, I don't have an 'x' button to use Hotkey+X to configure the controllers as I've read elsewhere. When I shut down the machine and remove the SD card, it doesn't show up on Windows, and it seems to be missing files when opening on my Mac. I assume the file is formated to Linux, but I dont have a linux computer to check.

My question - Is there a way for me to 'start fresh' somehow through the arcade itself and get my 3 controlers setup? Erase the controller mapping, but not lose the emulators/games that are on the card, then when I re-plug in the USB from the ipac, and things map correctly (or Id be happy to manually map, but everytime I manually map a controler, it only gives me the option to map 1 player, not all three after one another.).

Happy to provide as much additional info that would help.

Here are pictures of my setup. As far as I know, I have a series of buttons plugged into an ipac, which feeds through a usb cable into port 1 of the raspberry pie. https://imgur.com/gallery/k9hYc9m

      Pi Model or other hardware: (B, B+, 2 B, 3, X86 PC etc..) - Raspberry Pi 3 Model B v1.2
Power Supply used: (If using a Pi): A small usb plug that says 5.0v output 2.1A.
RetroPie Version Used (eg 3.6, 3.8.1, 4.1 - do not write latest): I think 4.7.1 - Last Commit: in the future (c7080175). System: rpi3 (armv71)
Built From: (Pre made SD Image on RetroPie website, Berryboot, or on top of existing OS etc.. - please provide the filename of any image used): Not sure as this was purchased from a facebook seller.
USB Devices connected: IPAC controller, external keyboard for navigating settings.
      Controller used: IPAC FOUR
      Error messages received: N/A
      Verbose log (if relevant): N/A
Guide used: (Mention if you followed a guide): N/A
File: (File with issue - with FULL path): Unable to export the file as I can't access the files on mac/windows.
Emulator: (Name of emulator - if applicable): Believe Emulation Station as that shows up as a splash screen when I boot up.
Attachment of config files: (PLEASE USE PASTEBIN.COM FOR LARGE LOGS): Cant figure out a way to attach these files as I can't connect to a computer.
How to replicate the problem: Described above.

      Thank you!

We don't support 3rd party images and selling a RetroPie image is against its license. Ask the seller for support or start with the image from retropie.org.uk/download and we'd be able to provide support.
