PCSX rearmed changes?
-
I thought this emulator wasn't updated anymore? After what happened with Duckstation I decided to switch back and seen there was an update. I don't know if its just me but it fixed the battle swirl/audio issues with Final Fantasy 7 and now Crash Team racing is playable without any noticeable rendering issues. I finally decided to load up Tekken 3 and it plays flawlessly! Am I going crazy or what? Now I was not able to test out the end of Final Fantasy 8 but so far so good!

I think it was inactive for a while. Looks like there has been a fair amount of activity though.

@refazeshot1 I tried tekken 3. I think it's a bit better than before I last used pcsx-rearmed, however I still do experience that slight lag/fps drop. Haven't tried the core on other games but it's indeed a great news if it did solved a lot of issues.

Great news! I hope the developer will continue to improve it and fix the issues with some games.

@windg It sure is! I decided to load up Mizzurna Falls, A game that I knew for sure crashed during the intro now runs fine. I couldn't find any glitches in the Gran Turismo introduction and played driver for about 6 hours without a crash. I know thats not all but those were it for me. The only thing I am unsure of is the end game event is Final Fantasy 8.
