Controls Ipega 9089 and 9090 Error Bluetooth Rasp Pi 4 V4.8

Could someone please help me with how I can recognize the ipegas 9089 and 9090 controls they always give an error when finding the contoles to pair.
Utilizo o Raspeberry pi 4 V4.8.

These Android geared devices are not always working with Linux/RetroPie, we got a few topics in the forum for them with issues during connection or - even after connection - not working properly.
Do you have a vendor support page with a manual/instructions on how to make them work with a PC ? Do they have a 'mode switch' between Android/PC connection mode ?
