I am running the latest RP on a Pi400 and have an odd problem - I have scraped using skyscraper and everything shows up well in my themes (I have tried a few different ones and all have the same issue). Preview videos show up fine in all the games lists except 'arcade' - in this case I can hear the video playing for each game but there is just a black box where the video should be! The videos are all in .mp4 format and in the correct folder (the fact I can hear the audio from each would indicate no problems there).

      Anyone with any ideas?

There are quite a few topics in the forums about this issue, with various solutions - look it up. The videos have an incompatible video codec (with the Pi's built-in accelerated MP4 decoder), they need to be converted/transcoded in order to be playable on the Pi.

@mitu thanks for the reply, I did check various threads but what is confusing me here is that in hindsight they did work, but have suddenly stopped. They did work but whilst messing with stuff to see if there was any impact I upped the vram and also enabled the oxm player, but these are now back to their default and it is now the videos only play sound.
