Pokemon Platinum on Drastic, Cant deposit or withdraw pokemon from the PC

Power Supply used: Lipo Battery
RetroPie Version Used (eg 3.6, 3.8.1, 4.1 - do not write latest): 4.1
Built From: Retropie website image
Controller used: GPIO Pin controller and Dualsense
Emulator: (Name of emulator - if applicable): Drastic
How to replicate the problem:
Go to any pokemon center, open the PC, click on deposit or withdraw. Pressing A will not allow you to select any pokemon. I tried a dualsense as well and it did not work. Tried different roms as well.
