UAE4ALL Crashing on "Quit"

Hi,
When I "Quit" in UAE4ALL I'm experiencing an intermittent crash, where maybe 50% of the time I get the black screen with the "press a button to configure..." pop up box that you'd normally only expect to see when launching a system/game.
I 've found that I can type onto the screen but no commands work and I don't really know what's best to do in that situation.
I've tried a clean, fresh install on a new card but still get the same result. I just wondered if this is a known issue or if the problem's caused by something I'm doing wrong.

UAE4ALL2 isn't really developed anymore - I recommend trying uae4arm
