Is anyone else finding that apt install is hanging? Am using a rpi 4 and also on a pi zero 2w. Guess it could be my router?

pi@retropie:~ $ sudo apt install ninja

The following NEW packages will be installed:
      ninja
0 upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 to remove and 75 not upgraded.
Need to get 19.3 kB of archives.
After this operation, 105 kB of additional disk space will be used.

Okay I reset my router and whatever that's done it's working again. So if anyone finds this error attempt to restart your router
