PCengine and NES system scraping disapper after reboot or emulation station restart

Hi folks... I'm going mad with scraping...
I'm scraping NES, PCengine and N64 on my system.Both using Skyscraper or the games DB, I can scrape and obtain the images and description.
Now... the problem is... after reboot or after restarting emulationstation... those system are not scraped anymore!
Can someone help me troubleshooting?
