      Goodnight all !

All the themes I installed do not display the Thomson ? The only theme that displays the Thomson is the base one (Carbon).

Example the Zoid theme that I particularly like does not support the Thomson? Why & how to fix it ?

      Greetings !

The answer is simple - not all systems are supported by each theme. Fixing it means modifying the theme and adding the system.

An EmulationStation theme is a series of configuration files (.xml) and associated artwork/fonts/etc, packaged in single folder. You can find how the .xml files are used to set-up the theme in EmulationStation docs.

Copy the theme folder from /etc/emulationstation/themes to $HOME/.emulationstation/themes (create the 2nd folder if it's not present), giving it a new name. You can then edit the theme by opening \\retropie\configs\emulationstation\themes from a PC.

Adding a new system to an existing theme should be easier - just replicate one of the existing systems and modify the .xml configuration for that system to point to different images/fonts/etc.

For the zoid theme is relatively simple, just copy one of the existing systems and replace the images in the art sub-folder with your images.

OK thank you it's still a bit complicated :) why RetroPie has not evolved like Batocera or RetroBat ?

              For example:

              1. there are no bezels ?
              2. the themes are not complete ?
              3. there are no new machines added ?
