I purchased a waveshare DSI display to use with my raspberry pi 4. When I have the screen pluged in all of my dreamcast games nolonger work and just send me back to the selection page but if i unplug the screen and plug in the micro hdmi cable to the tv all of my games boot up no problem. My longterm goal is to create a gaming handheld so i would like the games to work. This is the only console that does this. I have tryed using reicast instaid of redream, but this has the same outcome. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Please add some details about your setup, as requested in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.

Post the contents of the emulator log file (/dev/shm/runcommand.log) after it fails to start and you're booted back to EmulationStation.
