      power supply used: universal raspberry power supply
      used RetroPie version 4.8.4 buster
      built from: downloaded image from retropie official site, installation from scratch
      connected USB devices: none
      controller used:

      I have the bios in the appropriate bios folder in retropie
      Emulator: hatari and lr hatari

        you can close the discussion, I solved the problem, I don't know why but I had to overwrite the tos file in the bios and everything worked again
