Analog trigger on lr-dolphin
-
I’m trying to play Mario sunshine on lr-dolphin but the R trigger has to be “light pressed” to spray water while Mario is running and a hard press to stop and do a full spray. On my Logitech F310 it only acts like a binary button and does a full spray even the lightest press. How would I go about changing the trigger settings for this emulator?

I found on the Logitech section of the wiki (https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Logitech-Controller) that I needed to switch my controller to xinput mode to get analog triggers. I did that but now lr-dolphin is mapping the sprayer to the right button and not the right trigger. How can I change this?

@pgcudahy did you re-configure the controller in EmulationStation after switching to Xinput mode? Try that, if you haven't.

@sleve_mcdichael I did reconfigure it in emulationstation and the triggers are now bound to an axis and not a button

@pgcudahy said in Analog trigger on lr-dolphin:

Right. That's good, that's what they should be.
