I thought I had solved the issue, but I have discovered that retropie has been saving artwork and images into my boot folder. I deleted them with my PC, but every time I boot up my pi, the same images get saved into the boot sector. I want them to be saved in the other partition of my SSD. Any way to solve this?
      Thanks

As asked in the previous topic - please add some info about your setup https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.
By default, RetroPie doesn't configure the boot partition for any rom related folder folders, how did you install RetroPie ? How are you scraping for images/artwork - are you using an external scraper or the EmulationStation built-in scraper ?

@mitu I installed retropie with the raspberry pi imager onto an SSD.
I am scraping using Skraper on windows, and transferring the images into the roms folder where my games are stored, elsewhere on my SSD.
However, I have found there is another roms folder on the boot directory, where the images are being sent to when the pi boots.

@JackTaylor said in Retropie saving images in /boot:

Not sure why that happens, but it's not from RetroPie. EmulationStation, which is the only RetroPie program started at boot that stays resident, doesn't move images around.
