Keyboard Controls NOT working while running PSP Emulator

I've been installing multiple emulators on here the last few days and I installed the PSP emulator just to play "Williams Hall of Fame" Pinball games.

When opening a rom it does not seem to recognize the keyboard controls on my usb x arcade controller. It recognizes the mouse (trackball) but nothing else. I'd usually hold down those 1-2 player start buttons to open the retroarch config menu but couldn't. Any ideas?

Are you not able to provide this info or you don't understand how to get the info requested ?

@mitu I need you to unlock that recent post of mine about the splashscreen. I reposted on that topic because nobody was able to help me with my previous post and the one that you locked had more detail and pictures that might be able to be diagnosed by someone who actually knows how to fix my issue.
