    Need some help! Am new to retropie. Recently purchased a arcade machine that was running batocera on a raspberry pi 3. I purchased a raspberry pi 4, installed it and is now running retropie. The arcade machine came with 4 players but with the new raspberry pi running ![alt text](![image url](image url))retropie is only detecting 2. The 4 players was running good on the old system but with retropie on the new raspberry pi 4, is only detecting 2 gamepads. How can I get it to detect the other 2?

    Also is recognizing these set of controllers (buttons and joysticks) but for some reason only the joysticks (on the right)is responding (able to move left'l, right, up, down) but not the buttons and retropie only says 2 game pads detected

        @mitu Sorry about that.

        Raspberry Pi 4
        Power Supply: Output volt of 5.1v with 3000ma
        Retropie Version: 4.5.19
        Controller Used: Not sure since I bought the Arcade Machine as is but the 2 player USB encoder board seems to be the xin-mo 2 usb.
        I installed the Wolfanoz' Raspberry Pi 4 256GB build on to a 512 mini sd card. The steps to install it was easy: downloaded the .img file, used balena etcher, flashed from file, selected the .img file, selected the target which was the sd card and clicked on flash. Then I put that flashed sd card into the raspberry pi 4 and it worked.

        Let me know if you need any other information.

          We don't support 3rd party images, especially the ones loaded with ROMs. Please install the RetroPie image from retropie.org.uk/download and report back if you have the same issue with it.
