Vulkan is no longer available after update...

I had Vulkan installed and working before, and I just did an update to the latest version of setup-script and retroarch, updated all my emulator cores and now Vulkan is no longer an option for my video output.
How do I get the vulkan option back?

I even went back and followed my instructions from this post, which worked before, and now I cannot get Vulkan to show up anymore as an option for any of my emulator cores.

Anyone have any suggestions on how I can get the Vulkan drivers back on the latest update of Retroarch?
