Ive been told about "Attract Mode" - but is it difficult to set up?

Not that I know of, but the videos should be pretty helpful and you learn more about Retropie (Linux) by trying for yourself :)

@najkks Its the same way as usual:
https://github.com/retropie/retropie-setup/wiki/First-InstallationIf you are new to RetroPie you are much better off with the official image instead, as there is no support for the RetroPie/Attratc Mode one.

well i got the file.. ive read all the manuals!
only one thing i want to know.. how do i get the ISO/bin into the Rpi... to what folder specifically?

@najkks Dude, it's ALL in the Wiki.
People here are really helpful for high-level configuration issues, but when it comes to already documented stuff, you've got to meet us in the middle and do some reading.

well ive checked it several times.. but it starts with them beeing in already in the config "by pressing tab"
and because ive downloaded the attract-mode iso, i just need to find out where to put it..
some say that its possible to run over existing latest retropie - some say i need a brand new version of the retropie that allows attract mode

oooh.. now i get it, i have to use the new image all over, so its included with attract mode in new "image" :)
got it! that's the part that i did not get.. should be smooth sailing from here on..
btw.. is there any sense in using the "artwork versin" of 16gb? my card is about 32gb..
or will it do with like the latest updated version of about 4gb unzipped?

could you give a short feedback of your transition to attract mode? how does it run? are you experiencing difficulties?
