Hello, I was thinking of creating a small emulation console with a Raspberry Pi 3. Anyway, moving into the questions:
1- If I have a 4GB MicroSD card, could I load games from a USB Drive, or it will automaticly transfer into the MicroSD card?
2- Same question about custom splashscreens
      3- Should i use WI-FI or it's just a recommended option?
4- I did notice in the wiki, that after the name of some emulators, there is a red triangle. What is that triangle exactly?

(Note: I'm still planning, I didn't buy anything yet)
      Thanks in advance :)

2- Same question about custom splashscreens

AFAIK the splashscreens stay at /home/pi/RetroPie/splashscreens (this directory is created during the first execution of the splashscreen menu in retropie_setup).

        3- Should i use WI-FI or it's just a recommended option?

Network connection is recommended (wi-fi or wired). So you can configure things through SSH, or use retroachivementes, for example.

RetroPie is perfectly usable when disconnected. You'll need a keyboard for some configuration tasks. But you can use it with only joysticks for gaming.

4- I did notice in the wiki, that after the name of some emulators, there is a red triangle. What is that triangle exactly?

Look at the end of the wiki home page, it means experimental.
