I currently have a folder on my SD card:
    \home\pi.cache\mesa_shader_cache
That has over 80,000 files in 200+ folders and is taking up 600mb of space.

Can I delete this? Do I need this folder for any reasons? And is there a way to have it auto clear the cache?

      You mean :
      \home\pi\.cache\mesa_shader_cache
The slash in your post is missing, sometimes this happens with special charachters in posts.
You can use an extra slash, like this \\. to show it in your post correctly

Not 100% sure but I think you can remove it.

You could rename the mesa_shader_cache first before you remove it.
Then you can always remove it later if you find that there are no problems.
      Good idea ?

No problem, just want to let you know why that happens.
In bash you need to do the same somtimes.

What do you think of my idea ?
Do you know how to do this ?

Yep. Very good idea. I'll rename it to see if there is any issues and if there are I'll just rename it back.
