RASPBERRI PI 3, OFFICIAL SD IMAGE, SETUP SCRIPT 4.0.3 | This morning I went into Retropie Setup and did Update All Installed Packages (including Kernel). Seems like everything went well. But now I'm getting a blank screen when I try to F4 to terminal or go to any command-based config screens (Retropie Setup, Raspi-Config, etc). CTRL-ALT-DELETE still works for reboot & I can indeed see the commandline text associated with the reboot process on screen. Can also still access all command line activities over SSH. Black screen only an issue on connected HDMI monitor. Worked fine before update. consoleblank=0 is and was in my cmdline.txt but doesn't seem to help. Advice?

Thanks for the tip. I tried this, but it didn't seem to help.

Could booting to Kodi contribute to this issue?
