i bought an iconic arcade and i got a TOS switchable 4 way to 8 way restrictor... there is an option for running a script in retropie to have it automatically switch to the appropriate mode at game launch.
the setup instructions tell me to copy all files to /opt/retropie/configs/all but it's not there.
    do I create it?
don't want to mess it up... and if i don't have to drill out a hole for the manual button that would be a big bonus.
    thanks!

If it's not there, then maybe your system doesn't have RetroPie installed. If the system comes preloaded with RetroPie, then you need to ask the vendor for support.
