@sugarfree Both links are not working, saying "Sorry, the file you have requested does not exist.

Make sure that you have the correct URL and that the file exists."

Any other way to download em? Thanks in advance!

Here are working links to the 2 images that @sugarfree has made. I have not touched them in anyway so you will have to update them if you want the latest

                • list itemPlus image (RetroPie v 4.8.9 - commit: 69cd744 / Feb 20, 2025) . it includes the packages from Basic, plus: Vulkan enabled (experimental), retropie-extra repo, PPSSPP - Vulkan shortcut in the runcommand menu, Dolphin with Gui shortcuts for GameCube and Wii in the runcommand menu (dolphin-editor), lr-beetle-saturn, lr-flycast-dev, Kodi, AetherSX2. @mitu is it ok to have links to a certain archive site to host these images. or is it preferred to stay away from them

I'd rather keep important information on the archive site and not RetroPie images, but that's just my opinion. It pains me to see how some users abuse it just to store their personal files, diregarding the site's original mission and scope.

Thanks again for sharing the files.

Unfortunately the plus file does not decompress with the message that the file is corrupt. Tried downloading again with the same result.

The basic version does decompress without issues.

@ExarKunIv Just tried to install the plus version on my pi 5 16GB, using the download at this link:
                              https://drive.google.com/file/d/1W8r9NyCGjc8zpUJ6srTSek8rNqe3Be7b/view

It burns to the sd card just fine (using raspberry Pi Imager) but its failing to boot. Can you confirm if this is the right download?

                                  Go in Retropie-setup -> Configuration / tools -> emulationstation -> 3 Swap A/B Buttons

@rabidpi should be working. I did a few weeks ago when I redid the link.

I'll have to check it again when I'm back from vacation

Can someone please tell me what's going on?
I have succeeded in starting the Plus version, but I am having trouble extending the partition in the EX4 area (rootfs). (By default, there is only 14GB of space, so the space will soon be full.)
I tried to expand it using DiskGenius in Windows, but failed with an error, and tried to expand it from Disk Management in Ubuntu, but failed.
I am stuck in this situation.
                                        I am using a Sundisk Ultra 256GB.
Please let me know if anyone can help me solve this problem.

@geso you have to go and expand it from raspi-config
Or that's what I have to do each time

I believe it's under the advanced menu. Not 100% since I'm not in front of my pi
