Scraper: "last played", "times played" not showing up
-
Yes, the metadata fields displayed depend on the theme. Some themes display many fields, some themes display few fields, some themes only display box art.
-
So sad to know that :___
-
There are at least some themes which work well:
https://github.com/RetroPie/RetroPie-Setup/wiki/themes#white-screen-of-death
Carbon, Pixel, Eudora, Turtle-Pi, or Canelaor you could possibly modify the theme you want to have no per-system background image
-
@flop What theme are you using?
-
I got the default theme (carbon?), I saw in the theme repository (https://github.com/retropie/retropie-setup/wiki/themes) that times played/last played info appears; I´ll check this and if "Carbon, Pixel, Eudora, Turtle-Pi, or Canela" themes show this info.
Thx for replies ;D.
(Rpi 3.0, retropie version 3.8, updt.: 4.01, updt.: 4.0.2, updt.: 4.0.3

Hi, I updated the carbon theme but nothing appeas, and I don´t like the Carbon, Pixel, Eudora, Turtle-Pi, or Canela themes XD, so nvm, I´ll stay with carbon Xd

Both my Io and Spare themes show the Playcount and Last Played metadata. You could try one of them. (Although to be honest, if Carbon isn't showing the data, then something seems to be wrong with your install of either RetroPie or EmulationStation, rather than the theme).
-
Well, I updated it since 3.8, but I updated the theme recently too :__, i´ll try with a clean install for next retropie update
-
:p, Clean install of 4.0.2, and carbon doesnt show "the times played/last played info", maybe it´s another carbon theme and not the default one.
-
Also not showing for me. Thought it was intended this way.
Updated retropie from 3.? and updated carbon theme.
-
Those fields are not shown on current carbon (can't remember if they were on an earlier version).
