Missing from Network After Update

Hello,
Not sure what happened but now the RPi3 is no longer seen by my network after I updated installed packages today. WinSCP and PuttY cant connect and WIndows 10 does not see it anymore.

Okay nevermind, I guess something just needed a restart. When it doubt, first restart!

For what it's worth I always reboot after updating RetroPie.

I rebooted too but it didn't take until another reboot and a reboot of the PC I was using.
