      Some of the retroarch folder locations have been changed - with the old locations converted to symlinks so they still work.

      Wanted to move closer to the upstream structure a bit, especially now as retroarch has the ability to have per core / per rom settings.

      the location ~/.config/retroarch is now a symlink to /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch

      here are the other mappings:

      /opt/retropie/emulators/retroarch/assets -> /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch/assets
      /opt/retropie/emulators/retroarch/shader -> /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch/shaders
      /opt/retropie/emulators/retroarch/overlays -> /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch/overlay
      /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch/retroarch-joypads -> /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch/autoconfig

      I would be interested in making sure I didn't miss anything in the code - so I would like to hear back from anyone who is confident with retropie to update retropie-setup and update retroarch.

        I already updated to 4.0.7 about 20 minutes ago. I'll let you know if my face melts off like at the end of that Harrison Ford movie, 'Regarding Henry'.
