      With the recent update to RetroPie 4.1, I am no longer able to properly navigate rgui via keyboard. I can scroll up and down but can not select any of the options and the enter key causes rgui to crash. Is anyone else experiencing this? Navigation in emulation station works fine.

      Thanks

        I don't appreciate it when people post to the forum, wait less than 20 mins and then open a ticket on our issue tracker, despite it clearly saying

        Even if you think you have a bug please post to the forum first, as many "issues" can be solved with configuration changes.

        It's pretty obvious that implies you should wait for an answer first on the forum.

        You might want to comment here - https://github.com/libretro/RetroArch/issues/3928 which could be a similar problem (include your full /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch.cfg configuration) and version of retroarch. I will look into it when I get a minute (I am busy working on about 5 other things currently)

          @BuZz

          My apologies as I got ahead of myself. I will make sure to post my configs per your instructions.

            I am also having this issue. Only with the keyboard, only on the rpi. Works fine if I plug in a controller.

            Upstream appears to work fine, this seems to be a regression in retropie itself.

                  @BuZz said in issue with rgui in 4.1:

                  The other topic can be closed.

                  This thread predates it and is more relevant.

                  I've verified that retroarch on raspbian works. This is a problem related to the 4.1 changes that presumably nobody caught because hardly anyone uses the rgui

                    @aspiringnobody No - please use the other topic. It's not useful to continue on a previous (old) thread.
