UAE4ALL2 and .uae files

I'm trying to launch Amiga games from Emulationstation. In the WIKI I found a bash script that creates UAE files from ADF.
I edited template.uae file
pandora.rom_path=/home/pi/RetroPie/BIOS/
pandora.floppy_path=/home/pi/RetroPie/roms/amiga/
pandora.hardfile_path=/home/pi/RetroPie/roms/amiga/And launched ./run_all.sh
uae files was generated, but games won't start.

You mention about uae4all2, whereas the script is designed for uae4arm. Are you using right emulator? Do you have uae4arm installed?
