Arcade Cabinet Pie 3.0 please help !

I made my own cabinet. Bouth controls and install everything.
Retropie found only one controller (installed 2)
Im using Mini-Pac 36 pin. Connections cheked twice.

Both controllers work as player 1.

Please help.

On which emulator? Using which rom? from which romset? Have you modified the retroarch config?

Every simulator every rom. I didint touch enything.
Maby it's minipac foult? Both controllers are working as player one.
Emustation is seening only one controller.
What can I try?

Right, I am worried about your understanding. I am here to assist. When you say every emulator - are you saying that you have installed them all!?? I cannot believe this would be the case. Next, every rom? Retropie does not ship with roms, you have to place them in the correct folder. Now, without knowledge of which emulator you are trying with which exact romset version, no help is possible from anyone as we are not mind readers. So you must fill out the form in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first to assist readers to assist you! Are you using libretro emulators? or non-libretro emulators? this is important because controls are configured differently. Have you read the instructions? https://github.com/retropie/retropie-setup/wiki/RetroArch-Configuration. Maybe it's MAME issues? so read this: https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/2859/how-to-use-mame-with-retropie-help-guide. This is the best I can do based on your answers so far.

Hi @wester

I think the Mini-Pac emulates a keyboard, therefore it is only seen as a single device during configuration. If you can give more details, such as what you have connected to which pins on the mini-pac and whether it is in MAME or ALT configuration (if it is the board I am thinking of).

I have connected to Pie only keyboard and pendrive.
My setup of MiniPac is on the picture.
Pins marked with dots are not connected to anything.

What I can say more about 2 joystick is that it's working as player 1 but up and down are in oposite way.
All buttons are visible by the system as buttons of Joystick 1.

Finally I think I found problem. This is Xin-Mo 2 controller that must be set up in Retropie (to see secound controller).
This is solution I found:
