2 Controller Configuration
-
Sorry if this question is a duplicate, but I looked thru the forum and the wiki and am still stuck. Here are the specifics;
Pi Model: 3
RetroPie Version Used: 4.1
Built From: Pre made SD Image on RetroPie website
USB Devices connected: Easyget controllers, wired keyboard
Controller used: EasygetThe issue is that the joystick and buttons are erratic and I cannot seem to get them to work.
When I get to the screen that states (2) gamepads found. I click on the left set of buttons on the left side and start to configure. I get all the way thru as instructions say (including skipping with "not defined" as appropriate. Once I get to the "OK", I try hitting enter on my keyboard, but I cannot seem to get past the "OK".
I never get to setting up the 2nd joystick and buttons.
When then launching retropie, not all my emulators show up and the controls seem erratic. So, I reformatted the SD card and started over again, thinking maybe that was the issue, but I ended up with the same problem (not getting to the second controller or what seems to be stuck at the "OK".
I then disconnected the 2nd controller USB & everything works fine with the one controller! All my emulators show up and the buttons and joystick (on the left side) work fine.
I would like to be able to use both controllers if possible, any ideas on what I need to do?
Thank you.

you should press the button you setted as "A" when you get the OK.
And usually, same model controllers have the same config file. So, there1s no need to config them individually.
