5" Jumpy screen?

That's what I was thinking. I'm using a composite screen with with a powerboost 1000C and I'm not getting an issue. But I think the fact he's using individual parts that might not like working together or could be wired incorrectly.

@cyperghost And there goes that problem I isolate the screen from the Raspberry pi and just Power the LCD with it's only 5v 2a Power supply and it confirms my thoughts there is Noise on the lines. The LCD comes on with no problem nice and clear and clean.

Yes i still keep a common ground between both power supplies bypassing the buck boost converters. As i looked online A lot of these Buck boost converters Because there old design That they are notorious For noise on the lines. I do have a power boost 1000c from adafruit But i do not have other buck boost converter like in your I'm i will look into getting one. Meanwhile i think with a little help from filtering caps might for now Help clear up some of the Screaming noise from the lines.

Dude you don't need another power converter.
The Powerboost is the converter! It steps up 3.7V to 5.2V.
Can you take a pic of your wiring my friend? Just so we can see how you are powering everything

@monstermadeofman That might be a problem so much wiring you won't be able to see what is going where. There are 30 wires are more going form the game controllers to the raspberry pi and to the LCD and power it's so tangled up it's not even funny.

@monstermadeofman LOL no man I just not got around to cleaning up the wires yes. That was the next thing to do. After getting it powered up and testing it.

I would suggest a powerstrip before powering anything.

the other Question is would the power boost 1000c would be able to charge my 5000mah batteries?

En is you Enable. That's for a powerswtich.
I Beleive the VS is also for this but I onlu use VS and Ground. Check Adafruits website for the wiring I beileve it's on there

Yeah dude it would. Will take longer than charging a 2500mAh battery but it will do it all the same

Hello all who helped me on my screen problem. I isolate everything from the screen even shorten the wires and still got some jumping to it not as much as before. So i decided to take out the raspberry pi and put the camera it came with for the rear view and what i found out is the problem is the screen even with the camera i still get the same problem. So next thing i tested was putting it on a old DVD player and what i saw was the same thing jumping around a little still wasn't as bad. Over all shorting the wires helped the noise which i think that is what it is and changing the raspberry pi settings Helped it a lot. The LCD i think is not a very good one. Very cheap. No matter what i do to it. The noise won't go away.
Which brings me to the End of the Post. Sad it's over but i learned a lot about this screen, Yeah never to buy it again LOL Thank you to all who helped me with this screen problem. :)

Hello i wonder if someone can help me out with the config file to set it for a 16:9 800x480 screen that is a 5" Inch LCD monitor using composite video. There are so many settings i do not know which is better. Sense I'm not using HDMI wish to disable it. This is the link from this post for the video part.
