Scraper: no games that criteria retropie

I have been running scraper, but my Lynx and Gamegear folders produce this error:
"no games that criteria retropie"
All other rom folders were scraped successfully, so I simply prepared another SD card with RetroPie and scraped the folders on there so I can copy the results back to the original card.
How does one avoid all this?
Also how do I keep Scraper from erroring and thinking my drive is full. I'd prefer not to tell it to keep trying again each time.
