Can't find an answer in the wiki or via Googl search. I want to disable the Auto configuration screen and allow emulationstation to boot even if a controller is not plugged into a USB port after the controllers are initially configured. My goal is to simplify the setup for my son who may not always plug the controllers in before booting up the Raspberry Pi.

I have no problems with the controllers and mapping. Just don't want to see the auto config screen again.

The auto config screen disappears if you plug in a recognised controller while it's showing. Configure a keyboard and it will never show

even if you disconnect said keyboard? I have bluetooth devices that don't connect until after the system is fully booted and then I have to press the A button to skip the screen.

            Thanks for the response!

Yes, as it doesn't check if a keyboard is plugged in or not
