Issues copying roms to usb
-
Got a RP3. Have a 64Gb sd card installed with retropie. Copied a lot of nes games over using a usb drive to transfer them from my pc to RP3. Worked great for all 200 at once. When i try to copy my snes or sega cd games from my pc to the usb transfer drive, i get an error saying the disk is full after about 4 roms. These are small files and an 8Gb usb. Any thoughts on this?
Also to save a transfer step, can i copy the roms directly from my pc to my RP3 sd card? I have tons of room and don't mind if they are on the RP3 card. Is there a certain folder structure to put them under?

Once you activated the WiFi on your Raspberry Pi 3 you should be able to move the roms directly by accessing the "Network" feature on your PC. There your RP3 should appear. After clicking on it you should see a folder structure like "roms" and "config".

I was trying to not go wifi route. Setting up a couple for my buddies and didn't want to mess with it. Might have to try it though. Thanks.
