I have 2 raspberrys, the PiB and the Pi3B. both recently installed with retropie 4.1, and the same NES roms. And some games who works on my PiB, they don't on my Pi3B.
I updated packages and, still doesn's works.
      Any idea?
      Thanks

I did read that, but all the info i have is on my post. It says that both have retropie 4.1, of course each one with its version, downloaded at the same time from this own webpage (the version for pi0 & 1, and the one for pi 2 & 3) so, the emulators are the one integrated by defect on retropie. The only thing i did on the Pi3 was update all packages after i saw some games didn't work.

@Arnik The images use different emulators by default - https://github.com/retropie/retropie-setup/wiki/runcommand

Actually, I misread as I was thinking about SNES. They should use the same NES emulator - but please confirm via runcommand menu.

More information would be useful. An example of a game.

A logfile would also be good - run with verbose logging via runcommand menu, and grab the contents of /dev/shm/runcommand.log via sftp / ssh afterwards. (sftp details https://github.com/retropie/retropie-setup/wiki/Transferring-Roms)

@BuZz Sorry for being so ignorant on this things. But finally I fixed it.
First, yes, both were using the same emulator (fceumm) and just to try, i switched it to "nestopia" and worked fine.
                Thanks for your help!
