Can't install Steven Selph Scraper

Just spent a while setting up a new RetroPie install on my RPi 3 and have been tearing my hair out trying to install the scraper.
I'm not a linux person and was just installing it through the config menu like I have done in the past.

I think I've managed to find out what it's doing and have shown the log below.
Is this an issue with github? It seems to be downloading something though because stuff ends up in home/pi/RetroPie-Setup/tmp/build/scraper.

I've tried deleting home/pi/RetroPie-Setup/tmp/build/scraper and installing the scraper again but it still gives me the same errors below.
Any ideas or is the server just down at the moment or something? I've used this before on a different installation without issue.
