Hi everyone. I'm wondering if it is possible to change the mapping per emulator? I have a GRS image that a friend sent that had all the emulators and roms ready for a Pi3. The only issue so far I haven't been able to fix is I can not get Nintendo games to jump correctly with this controller. I have to use the "Left" shoulder button to jump... the b button just turbo jumps and you cant get over the pipes in mario, etc. I've even swapped those in ES setup and they work in the menu reversed but soon as I launch a NES game its the same config as before. I've tried editing the retroarch config the opt/retropie/config/nes folder but maybe I didn't edit the correct values. I would like to swap the L shoulder to B and B to L shoulder in only for the NES emulator as the L shoulder seems to jump short or long as intended for "B". The rest of the time the controller is fine in MAME, Sega, Daphne, etc.

    Retropie 4.1.5
This happens on both controllers. Used separately even on tested on another retropie and this happens on them as well.

Interesting enough. I deleted both configs /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch.cfg & /opt/retropie/configs/nes/retroarch.cfg rebooted and reconfigured USB again and went straight to NES game and its working now. It was a last ditch effort and I noticed both had backup configs as well.
