As the title says, I am having trouble using the Raphnet NES to USB adapter with RetroPie. The adapter in question is this one here http://www.raphnet-tech.com/products/AnodeNES_circuit/index.php. The problem I am having is that the controllers are both showing up as player 1 and in port 0. And when configuring the controller the controller plugged into port 1 has buttons 0 and 1 for A and B, while a controller plugged into the second port has buttons 8 and 9 for A and B. How would I go about making this so that port 1 is player 1 and port 2 is player 2. Please respond with any advice you have, thank you.

add "usbhid.quirks=0x289b:0x0002:0x040" (without quotes) to the end of the line in /boot/cmdline.txt. it will split the controller into two. Check out anything about the Xin-mo arcade controller to get more info, a lot of the same stuff applies
