      hi everybody,
      i got retropie 4.1 installed on RP3
      and cannot launch an dreamcast game,
      i putted in /opt/retropie/configs/dreamcast/mappings dc_flash.bin dc_boot.bin
      in my roms folder i putted Soul Calibur (Europe)[DCCM].cdi
      but nothing to do, when i boot no deamcast found is someone having an idea?

            Do you mean that there is no Dreamcast menu, or that the game doesn't load?

                Have you installed Reicast from the RetroPie Setup? I don't think it is installed by default in version 4.

                dc_boot.bin and dc_flash.bin must be in /user/pi/RetroPie/BIOS
                The game's .cdi file has to be in /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/dreamcast

                Once you have the cdi in the folder and restart EmulationStation, the Dreamcast menu should now appear, but be warned Reicast is fiddly and has a number of issues including an issue where it slows over time.

                I tried using it for a few weeks, but ultimately it wasn't worth the effort, but this early last year when I was using RetroPie 3.8.

                  yes i had installend reincast from the RP setup, i'm gonna try with your adwice
