Built From: Pre made SD image. (Boots on Micro SD, filesystem is on Flash Drive)I've looked at the information at the bottom of this page on changing the Sega Megadrive to the Sega Genesis but it doesn't give any elaboration on how to "update any of the currently installed megadrive emulators from RetroPie-Setup".
