problem with zyppy joystick

Hi ,i have a problem with zyppy josystick,work left right up and down but when i play to street fighter for example the diagonal
up/right don't work if start on the left of the game.Why? i try all but don't work please help me

forget diagonal in back work but now diagonal in front is strange why?
