        Reworking a lot of things to have box and cartridge art working.
        Video screen will be less bright and blurry, but well, slowly getting there. Dont know about metadata right now.

        I wish I have blend modes on the images, its the only thing I miss right now in theme customization options, custom art generation would be a breeze for everyone!!!!

          @tronkyfran really great job!
          Rooms looks very British style with that armchair ;-). But maybe I'm wrong as I'm not from the UK.

                @tronkyfran if I can suggest I'd slightly reduce the contrast and/or have slightly more light; the VCS is quite in the shadow vs TV glow.

                  @tronkyfran if you create the images with background (the static room and TV) on different layer from console, TV screen and cartridge (they are the real 'variable' data) in a PSD file, then people should be able to customise room and TV quite easily by just creating different background. What do you think?

                    I've just recently set up my first pi and your theme is by far my favorite. Fantastic work! I was wondering if you have (or plan to) made theme backgrounds for virtualboy, 32x, or FDS in the style of your other HD console images. Would love to round out my set. Thanks!

                    Edit: Also, on the topic of image resolution, I agree that it might be ideal to have a 720p version. I apparently was pushing the limit and had one background fail to appear. I've gotten around that by adjusting my gpu_mem, but this might not be an ideal thing to do just for the sake of the main menu (especially if adding a few more will break it again). :)

                        @UDb23 Sure I can do the backgrounds like that, but people will have to adjust perspective on video and images, it wont be an easy task. Ill take a look on the contrast and brightness thing because Its a big problem...thanks a lot for your comments!!!

                        @Rookervik
                        Sadly, I have to put Nostalgy theme progress on standby. Its well on its way but I have too much work( besides of my 8 eight day job and child, wife,etc...), and this is really time consuming. I dont want to release it before being ready, so Ill have to wait to march-april holidays to work on it. I'll get some images of controllers ( and hopefully @elgarlic more systems like those you suggested) done till then, because I can make them faster but that is all. Sorry!!!!
                        :(
                        PD: @elgarlic I think there is some AWESOME work being done about the white screen of death and memory problems and this will be soon a gone problem !!!! :D :D :D :D

                          @tronkyfran Yes, I've just found the WSOD fix and everything is fantastic now. :) I've put some HD closeup photos of the consoles I mentioned (google image search) as placeholders for now. Looking forward to your future updates!

                              Not yet, I'm thinking about releasing the base images for every system and game selection in psd(with zones for screenvideo and game art )as suggested by @UDb23, just in case someone wants to get into the theme "business" with them(and reducing my responsability that way :P), but I'm still not sure about that.

                                  @tronkyfran Your renders are really amazing. If you don't mind me asking, what software/plugins do you use for modeling and rendering?

                                    I use 3dsmax as main 3d software and corona renderer, although Im seriously considering make the transition to blender and make the pipeline totally opensource, but it depends on the amount of time I can spend on it ;)
                                    About the Patreon thing.... I've got a job right now and dont need it a lot, but if I get unemployed again...who knows. I'm from Spain and money is not exactly "our thing" right now xD.
                                    In any case if you ask me Retropie as a project should get that money before some theme or image maker, but thanks for your support, its really nice to me!!! :D

                                        My first controller, I used it with my amiga 500. I think its a spanish made controller, and dont know if it was sold worldwide or not, so dont know if it could be of use for somebody ;)
