      Pi Model: 3
      Power Supply used: Official power power supply for Pi 3
      RetroPie Version Used: 4.1.14
      Emulator: Reicast

      I can't seem to figure out why Dreamcast emulation is running at an extremely fast unplayable speed.

      It does not seem to be related to choosing 50Hz or 60Hz at the start of games (in game menu).

      Has anyone else experienced this issue and can point me in the right direction?
