Splatterhouse MAME or FBA not able to run

Hello guys, I have managed to get every single arcade game that I wanted running on Retropie 4.0, but there are two titles that I still cannot run, Splatterhouse and Golden Axe: The Revenge of Death Adder. Can somebody point me in the right direction to get these two to work? I'm starting to think they don't even exist.

i have both of those running using the Retropie 4.1.14 - lr-mame2010 build

Splatterhouse i had to rotate the screen via the ingame mame video options (tab key) as i recall by default the game ran in vertical mode not horizontal,

Golden Axe: The Revenge of Death Adder, runs in lr-mame2010 & lr-mame2016 but is a bit laggy with sound !!.

make sure both romsets are the "world" versions

@surrogate01 splatterhouse is not part of the FBA romset, so it won't work in FBA.

it is, however, part of the mame2003 0.78 romset and works. HOWEVER there was a bug fixed in it mid last year, so if you did a full update for 4.0 you should have the fix.
